Competent and existing in the place of the exclusive judicial authority to settle that dispute. Each party affirms its consent to the exclusive authority of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For the purposes of this paragraph, you waive your right to object to the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the grounds that it is inappropriate or unsuitable for the resolution of any dispute.
